LinkedIn ProfileHi! My name is Leon, a German living in Toronto since 2022. When talking to people of my generation, I've often noticed a sense of isolation and a strong hunger for real impact and change. I'm deeply concerned about the rise in mental health challenges and want to contribute to a world where people feel more connected and purposeful in their lives.
From an early age, I've been fascinated by Greek mythology and philosophy - both symbolically and intellectually. A few years ago, I came across the concept of ancient Greek agoras. Realizing how central they were to society, and to the development of dialogue and thought, everything started to click.
In 2026, I decided to move past excuses and imposter syndrome and hosted the first Agora event. It has been incredibly meaningful ever since, and I'm excited to see this project, community, and space continue to grow.
Thank you all for your support.

Volunteer / Photography
Aisha Adam
Hi! I'm Aisha, a designer and photographer with an eye for the small, human moments that make a gathering memorable. Through my lens I try to capture the conversations, gestures and connections that unfold at each Agora event.
My work blends visual design with documentary photography, and I share my travels and creative projects on Instagram at @whereaishagoes.
As a volunteer with The Modern Agora, I help document our events and shape how the community sees itself.
